Service Description
TREATMENT APPOINTMENT: Sensory Training and ongoing support is provided by Paul Newcombe, a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with deep experience assessing and treating children with neurological challenges since 1994. SENSORY HOME PROGRAM : Children and parents receive a detailed step-by-step Sensory Program which is sent via email prior to the appointment. Each Sensory Program is customised to meet the individual sensory challenges identified in the Sensory Assessment Report. COST BREAKDOWN : NDIS hourly rate: $193.99. (a) Treatment Appointment (1 hour = $193.99). (b) Customised Treatment Program Development (0.5 hour = $96.99). TOTAL NDIS COST: $193.99 + $96.99 = $290.98 (NDIS funded). NDIS PLAN MANAGED : Invoice for service is forwarded to your NDIS Plan Manager. NDIS AGENCY MANAGED : Therapist enters services into the NDIS online portal. NDIS SELF-MANAGED: Therapist provides payment details at appointment.
